Circrna ABCB10 promotes cell proliferation and invasion by affecting emt signaling pathway in cervical cancer

چکیده

Recently, many emerging circular RNAs (circRNAs) have been studied in human malignancies including cervical cancer and are involved tumor development oncogenesis. Here, we found that circABCB10 was higher 58 tissue sample than the adjacent normal tissues. Higher expression significantly associated with advanced International Federation of Gynecology Obstetrics (FIGO) stage greater lymphatic invasion, worse survival time patients. Function assays showed silencing inhibited cell proliferation, migration invasion capacities. Moreover, demonstrated inhibition upregulated epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT)-related proteins E-cadherin downregulated Vimentin expression, which suggested affected EMT signaling pathway cancer. Thus, may contribute to by affecting pathways.

miR-506 inhibits cell proliferation and invasion by targeting TET family in colorectal cancer

Objective(s): Ten-eleven translocation (TET) family members have been shown to be involved in the development of many tumors. However, the biological role of the TET family and its mechanism of action in colorectal carcinogenesis and progression remain poorly understood. Materials and Methods:We measured the expression levels of TET family members in colorectal cancer (CRC) specimens, in the c...

MicroRNA-451a promotes cell proliferation, migration and invasion in cervical cancer cell lines

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are an important class of small non-coding RNA molecules that can regulate gene expression at the transcriptional or post-transcriptional level. In our study, we aimed to investigate the expression of microRNA-451a (miR-451a) and clarify its biological role in cervical cancer development. The expression of miR-451a in human cervical cancer tissues and cell lines was detected ...

Overexpression of TROP2 Predicts Poor Prognosis of Patients with Cervical Cancer and Promotes the Proliferation and Invasion of Cervical Cancer Cells by Regulating ERK Signaling Pathway

Overwhelming evidence has demonstrated that the aberrant expression of the human trophoblast cell-surface antigen (TROP2) was associated with tumor aggressiveness and poor prognosis in a variety of human cancers, however the roles of TROP2 in cervical cancer have not been investigated. The purpose of our study was to elucidate the prognostic significance of TROP2 expression in patients with cer...

SOX14 promotes proliferation and invasion of cervical cancer cells through Wnt/β-catenin pathway.

SOX14 is a member of the SOXB2 subgroup of transcription factors implicated in neural development. Although SOX14 expression profile and function during development was revealed in various animal model systems, the role of this gene during tumor progression is totally unknown. In this study, the expression of SOX14 increases in four cervical cancer cell lines (HeLa, Caski, HT-3 and SiHa) as rev...

CUL4A promotes cell invasion in gastric cancer by activating the NF-κB signaling pathway

Cullin 4A (CUL4A) overexpression has been reported to be involved in the carcinogenesis and progression of many malignant tumors. However, the role of CUL4A in the progression of gastric cancer (GC) remains unclear. In this study, we explored whether and how CUL4A regulates proinflammatory signaling to promote GC cell invasion. Our results showed that knockdown of CUL4A inhibited GC cell migrat...
